Yukon Jack review.
I decided I would get some Yukon jack to make some whiskey and sours. For whiskey and sours this is a damn good Canadian whiskey. I can't comment on yukon and coke or yukon on the rocks but for whiskey sours it was damn good. The proof was 100. It was more smooth then Wild turkey. If you are a fan of whiskey sours I would recommend this. I will update this more when I try it with coke or on the rocks.

I actually don't really care much for Yukon Jack. And it is actually a liqueur (albeit a strong one!) not regular whisky. The taste is just too muddied by the orange/honey flavoring for my palate. And the consistency is a bit thick. You want to make some good whiskey sours, get some real bourbon like Beam Black, Makers Mark, Bulleit etc...

Yukon jack is a Canadian version of Southern Comfort it tastes like.
