Just an idea...
I think it's legal... if not, then forget I mentioned this
 How about a "Trading Post" so people can list what they would like and what they have to offer... Then go to PM's to set up 'trades' for beverages |

There would be too much liability for me to allow people to actually sell alcohol on the site... I brought up the idea of having a classifieds or auction section for people to sell stuff (not alcohol) though.
