Some threads dont show up sometimes
Sometimes when I use the Jump to forum menu at the bottom of the page, Ill go to a forum and it looks like a bunch of threads got deleted, but then I go back to the main menu and select the same forum and then all the threads are there??  IDK just thought Id throw this out there for ya GS, it doesnt do it all the time and its no big deal but figured Id let ya know....

What browser are you using? Your browser could be pulling up cached pages instead of downloading a fresh page from the server.

Internet Explorer, V 6.0 if I remember correctly I dont think its pulling up cached pages because, its usually the older threads that dont show up....

Bizarre... I'll browse the site with IE at work tonight and see if I can replicate the problem.
If anyone else has an issue like this, speak up...

I'm experiencing something similar. Threads will have new posts in them, but they won't be bold until a few minutes after.

I added no-cache http headers. I think that should solve the problem. Let me know if it keeps happening.

I used IE6 on XP all last night from work and couldn't duplicate the problem. I'll keep looking into it though.

Just figured out what the problem was, it was on my end.  I just noticed it. The forum jump bar at the bottom of the page was using the 'View all new posts within 10 days' Display Option control or whatever you want to call it and thats why the older posts werent showing up. BUT when I would select a forum from the main menu when you first log in it will display all of the posts. So you can stop racking your brain over this one.
