Member's Only Forum...

It seems that there are usually more guests than members browsing the forum. What about a member's only forum or a 1000+ post count to encourage some of these bastards to join?

I'm not exactly clear on what you're getting at... You already have to be a member to read replies in the bar stool.

After thinking about this more, I don't think it's a good idea for now... Once there are significantly more active members, I think it could be cool though.
