Default Delirium Tremens

Delirium Tremens

Delirium Tremens - Brouwerij Huyghe - Beer Advocate

Brewed in a small town in Belgium, Ghent. My family and I visited Ghent many times when I lived in Belgium, unfortunately, I didn't know of the brewery at the time.

I took a road trip to Springfield, MO to the Bass Pro headquarters this weekend and took advantage of a local beer store that had a fine selection. I left with $70 worth of goodness.

Previously LFDM was my favorite, but DT beats LFDM hands down. This was my second time drinking it and it was every bit as good as I remembered. I recommend this to everyone.

I also picked up a 6er of Hoegaarden for my mom, a 6er of Pils for dad, a 6er of New Belgium Trippel, a 750 of Unibroue 16, and one other that is escaping me at the moment.

Very good beer, I can only find the 12oz bottles - which means I have to down 2 at a time :P Hell last time I went to hippie-mart (Whole Foods) they had the bottles marked down from 4 to 3 bucks, I bought every bottle left!

They didn't have them last time though, hopefully just temporarily out of stock

IIRC paid $8-$9 for the 750ml. Worth every penny.

I just checked the beer list online for a bar that is literally 30 seconds from my apartment, and they have this beer listed. I'm going to see if they have it in stock tonight.
