A beer dinner to satisfy your passion for good food and fine beer

Join us for an evening to discover beer's potential to rival the best wines. We have selected a five courses plus an intermezzo. Each course includes beer in the recipe and is accompanied by that beer. The beers are from Sam Adams. For each course we will also serve a classic beer of that style to see how the Sam Adams compares. Brandon has put his individual touch on the recipes, which are on the Sam Adams website.

This evening has several adventurous ingredients for your enjoyment: pleasant drive through the peach orchards to Ridge Spring, discovery of an interesting restaurant in the South Carolina countryside, experiencing that beer can be as good, even better, than wine as an accompaniment for meals. --- James Brooke
