Default Pomegranate Raspberry (Michelob Ultra)

I like pomegranates. And I like raspberries. But I'm not sure I like this beer.

I thought it would be at least "pretty good" - but I'm not sure it is even "pretty good." I think the problem with this one is that the fruits taste artificial. I think a good 'fruity beer' doesn't taste artificial.

I can't help but think if someone other than Michelob did this combo than it would be "pretty good."

FWIW, my wife likes it.

Ya, not the best beer to drink, that's for sure.

The other "flavored" Mich Ultra I tried was far worse: Tuscan Orange Grapefruit (Michelob Ultra)

I wouldn't mind trying it. I'd be interested to know if they did it with purees or flavoring

If you try it, post up what you think.

I just bought one - I use the "create your own six pack" method at the stores that will allow it - great way to try different beers. And let me tell you, I'm glad I bought just one. FWIW, I can't recommend it at all.

I'm thinking it was flavoring...ARTIFICIAL flavoring.

I mean, there are plenty of good fruity (at least IMHO) out there. I may not want a steady diet of them, but they're good to have from time-to-time. Boston Beer Works does a damn good watermelon beer. And I've had some good blueberry beer on The Cape.

I bought some and didn't like it at all... My brothers friend thought it was awesome though.
