I've always wanted to try some type of Winter Ale but I haven't gotten around to it. You can be crazy creative with a Winter Ale

How about a Belgian brew? Orange rind and coriander? Maybe some honey to boost the abv.

OR, you could make some mead. Not sure how to make it but I wanna try some day.
