$200 to Spend
I just moved out and recently turned 21. I got a $250 bonus from work that I wasnt expecting so I figured id spend it all on liquor. I drink alot, but havent really tried many brands. I love whiskey so I have compiled a list of 13 bottles to get. Im not a big fan of white liquors but i put a couple on there anyways.
Jack Daniels Old No.7
Jose Cuervo Black Medallion
Jim Beam
Sailor Jerry s***ed Navy Rum
Captain Morgan's s***ed Rum
Jonny Walker Red Label
Smirnoff Vodka
Canadian Club Whisky
Jagermeister
Seagrams 7 Whiskey
Jameson Irish Whiskey
Wild Turkey Whiskey 101 Proof
Jose Cuervo Classico Blanco
I just wanted to see if anyone had some input.

If it were me, I'd scratch off Captain Morgan's s***ed Rum immediately. To me, that is one of the most vile liquors in the world.
Instead of getting Smirnoff, maybe look into spending a couple of bucks more and getting Absolut. Personally, I think Absolut is 10x better than Smirnoff.
Jager
I'm not too much into whiskey, so I can't really give any input on that.

I'd try Level for your vodka. I just picked some up this past week and it's great for the price (around $20 in PA).

Welcome to the site
If you have some extra money to burn, cross out a few of those cheap whiskies on there like Seagrams and Canadian Club. Try a few mid or top shelf brands, if you have a taste for whisk(e)y. Here are a few brands to try: Bulleit Bourbon, George d***el No.12, Elijah Craig, Woodford Reserve, Knob Creek, Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Jim Beam Black. Try a few of those, and see if you can taste a difference between them and the cheap stuff. I like the Sailor Jerry you have on there, in fact, I would forget the Captain Morgan, and just get two bottles of Sailor Jerry

on the Wild Turkey Rare Breed and the JB Black.
Makers Mark is also a very good whiskey with not a bad price tag.

I would personally get
Captain Morgan - my favorite drink is Captain and coke
Jager - Always a good choice
Jameson
Don't get anything Jose Cuervo. Patron or if you don't want to spend that much 1800 Reposado Tequila
Then I would get some good beers.

Get 20 bottles of Fighting c*** bourbon.
Actually, I'd probably spend it on some of the most expensive bourbon I could find at the liquor store. High quality bourbon, which is expensive, is smooth and has an excellent flavor; very drinkable. Wild Turkey Rare Breed is an example of this, and I would consider it only moderately expensive.

Get all kinds of 50ml bottles you can find. Then go back and buy more of what you like.
The single shot bottles are anywhere from $1.50 to $3.00 here. You get to try out a lot of different stuff for little money, and the mini bottle, especially the glass ones make great decora.

You're missing the Gin. Throw a bottle of Beefeater in place of the Beam.
My short list would be: Makers, Gentleman Jack, Seagrams Distillers Reserve. I'd throw in a bottle of gold and silver rum, a tequila of some type, and a decent Vodka to round out the cabinet. Really don't know rum, tequila, or vodka to make an informed decision.
