Car Jack
Hello folks, I am new to this fourm....
I think I help inspire a new drink, and I wanted to share it with you all. It was actually invented by my bartender friend Crissa at the James Joyce Pub on Bloor Street West, located in the Annex section of downtown Toronto, Canada. Its called a Car Jack! Its a variation of the Car Bomb, or Irish Car Bomb: Combine ½ oz. of Baileys Irish Cream and ½ oz. of Jack Daniels into a shot glass. Drop shotglass into ½ pint of Guinness and drink quickly.
