Exclamation Blood in wine?

I was listening to the Tiamat song "However you look at it, you lose" and well, he says something about "Blood in a heavy Bordeux." Although i doubt that's the correct spelling, i researched a little bit and found out that Bordeaux is a location in France where a lot of wine is made.

Which made it nearly impossible for me to research anything that had to do with blood in their wine because of the insane amount of advertising on the internet... Not to mention all of the "education" websites about blood alcohol content. Yes, I've already tried to do a search on Google that looked something like "Blood in alcohol -content -level - concentration" and still no luck. Anyway, i then tried to search the forums for something to do with blood and alcohol... Oddly enough, i just found a lot of kinky stories about virgins and Blood Oranges... So thanks in advance for anyone who can give me an answer.

And just so everyone knows, I'm not a vampire, just curious.

I imagine back in the day... there could have been some blood in wine.. due to the fact of how it's made and all.... but i don't think that is anything more than a song...

Then, would you know of any blood being in any kind of alcohol? For some reason, i remember something about pigeons... I might just be remembering that incorrectly from a movie or something, but thank you for your reply.

No blood in any wines in the USA that I've ever seen- and I've seen a good number Lol, seriously, I'd be hard pressed to believe there is one.

I bought this bottle the other day though. I'm sure it sucks- i just liked the bottle
