Default Speed Quarters

A variation of quarters.

You get 2 coffee mugs and two quarters. Start the mugs at opposite ends of the table. ( if you have 8 people, person 1 and 5 get the mugs)

You say go... , and the peeps try to bounce the quarter off the table and into the mug.

If you make it into the cup once, you have a choice, to either pass the mug to the right (clockwise on the table), or to try to make the quarter again.

If you suceed at making the quarter the second time, the cup reverses direction(counter-cw).

(If you try again after you have made it once, you have to keep trying until you make it again, the cup can no longer be passed forward)

The loser (drinker) is the one who gets stuck with both cups.
This can happen if you're too slow and the cup catches up from behind you or if the cup in front of you was reversed.

The loser drinks to a "waterfall", only instead of the person before them, the time is decided by how long the rest of the table (all 7 people) can keep a quarter spinning on the table. (This is half the fun!)
Start off by flicking the quarter to get it spinning, then it can be flicked to keep it going) When the quarter stops spinning or falls to the ground, the waterfall is over.

Its usually a good idea to keep a few open beers in front of the loser, cause if your good enough to keep the quarter spinning, it can last quite a while.
