Default Belgian Tripel

Brewed it yesterday....Everthing went really smooth. My second all grain batch. b**** is taking a long time to get active in the fermenter though!! Might have pitched the yeast a little cool.

I think I'm going to turn right around and brew another one in 2 weeks. More than likely a stout

Tasted this one on Thursday too.

The smell is spot on with a typical Belgian Tripel. The taste is very good.......but I still have a couple bugs I need to work out.

It's slightly dry tasting.
Also it has a slight aftertaste that is kinda bugging me. Its slightly "earthy" Kinda like there is suspended yeast still....but I dunno
It is still very good though.

This is one I will definitely brew again to make it perfect
