Default Chocolate Porter

Just picked up all the ingredients for a Chocolate Porter today and we'll be brewing tomorrow

The chocolate and black malt smells sooo good

Just bottled this one tonight......Taste is freakin amazing! Can't wait until its carbonated. By far my favorite that I have brewed so far

Wow!!! I am impressed!! I popped a few of these open on Thursday.

I must say, I hit the taste I wanted almost perfectly!! Its got a nice coffee smell and taste with a slight chocolate taste to it as well. Carbonation is spot on. As it sits and warms up a little the flavors really stand out even more. I think the only I would do differently next time is tone down the lactose.......has a little to much "creamy" taste to it.
