tourettes is a pretty easy game. you have 2-10 players. you need one deck of cards. whoever is dealer first quickly flips over a card. say the card is an 8. you say a word that starts with "e" since eight starts with an "e". another example would be the dealer flips over an Ace. since Ace starts with an "a" you say a word that starts with an "a". pretty easy so far. the person that says a word first wins. the loser puts the card in their pile and say the dealer won, he gets to keep flipping cards over until he looses. the dealer goes around the circle to the right until he loses. whoever he loses to gets the deck and the new dealer is now flipping over cards starting with the person closest to their right. what you have to keep in mind is you cannot say numbers or the card itself. one last thing to keep in mind is you cannot repeat words or you lose. in the event of a tie you keep going heads up and treat it like sudden death. loser has to take all the cards that were in the sudden death.
