1800 blanco select 100 proof review

This is an interesting selection that I picked up the other night. The cost was $29.00.

Just a side note about tequila before I begin. My personal preference is the Blanco style tequila. I like to taste the agave plant, and taste it well. Reposado, and Anejo are fantasic, but I crave simplicity in my tequila.

Thus far, the one's to beat were Patron, Cabo Wabo...etc. However, 1800 has produced a competitor. The blanco select is great on the rocks, and even better in a margarita. But the savory taste you love from Patron can be tasted here...with a slightly more ethanol taste.

This is by far a better choice than it's lesser cousins, such as Jose, Sauza and such. I totally would buy again.
