Captain d***head
All you need is a deck of cards and a lot of alcohol...
Take all the cards and put them face down in the middle of the table and mix them up.
The rules are:
If you draw a Red card you can give out that number of drinks, this number can be split up if you'd like to make more than one person drink.
If you draw a Black card you have to drink that number of times.
If you draw a Jack, you have to pick a category. Examples... types of cars, brands of shoes, etc. After you decide on your category you give the 1st item and then you go around the circle with each person giving an item until someone can't think of something. The person it ends on has to drink once for every item the group came up with.
If you draw a Queen, you have to come up with a rule. Examples... You have to call everyone by their last name, At the end of each sentence you have to say I'm a f**, etc. The first person to break the rule has to drink.
If you draw a King then there's a "Waterfall". Everyone has to start drinking at once, you can stop at anytime the person after you can't stop until you stop... the person after them can't stop until they stop and so on... It's also encouraged that when a King is drawn everyone toasts their glasses and yells WATERFAALLLL very drunkly before beginning to drink.
If you draw an Ace you become "Captain d***head". You have to lick the back of the Ace and stick it to your forehead. You can give out drinks to anyone whenever you please until the card falls off of your face or someone else draws an Ace.
Continue playing until there are no more cards or everyone passes out drunk.

I didn't want to read through that when I was sober, so the chances of the game working when I am intoxicated are slim to nill.

Here's the simplified version...
Draw a red card- give out that number of drinks
Draw a black card- drink that number of drinks
Draw a Jack- make a category... 1st person who can't come up with something in that category drinks.
Draw a Queen- Make a rule, 1st person to break rule drinks
Draw a King- Waterfall... You start, the person after you can't stop drinking till u finish, person after them can't stop till they finish... etc.
Draw an Ace- Lick it and stick it to your foreheard give out all the drinks you want till someone else draws an ace or yours falls off.
I have a rather short attention span myself, so I understand.

The game is called "Circle of Death" around here.
The version I usually play is modified, though.

It may be. I wasn't positive when I made that post, but I was pretty sure.

Close enough and I was still correct in my thinking. My thoughts just happend to not be 100% accurate relative to your game, however, they were accurate in thinking that the game I was thinking of was called "Circle of Death"...or something like that.

So what you're saying is that it's "the same" even though it's different...

No, what I'm saying is that the game I was thinking of and the game you posted are not the same. However, I was initially questioning myself on whether or not the game I was thinking of was called Circle of Death. Indeed, it was. Therefore, I was incorrect in thinking that the two games in question were the same, however, I was correct in assuming that the game I was thinking of was called Circle of Death.
