HDPE coni for under 200. I jsut can't find a real good bit of info as to the benefits of Coni's.

Conicals are good because the trub settles in the bottom so you can siphon everything right off the top of all the bad stuff. I personally would steer away from plastic though. Plastic tends to be a lot harder to keep sanitary......and you definitely want to be sanitized when you're fermenting
If that was Stainless I'd be all over it!

all the talk on them i have found so far says that you don't have to siphon it off the trub. open the valve at the bottom and drain the trub through it.
