Exclamation Home brewing in tiny city apartment?

Good afternoon!

I finally found this place!

I'm a big "homemade everything" geek and would really like to try my hand at liquors/mead/ciders.

Unfortunately I'm in an eensey weensey little apartment in Brooklyn and most of the how tos I read seem to involve equipment that I can't reasonably get, much less store here while in use.

Any thoughts on how to get over this?

I'm a perfect noob in this area but excited to get started.

TIA for any help, links or pointers you can give me. (Feel free to shoot me a gmail as well.)

My basic kit consists of two glass 5 gallon carboys (used for fermenting)
A 5 Gallon bottling bucket
A 4 Gallon Brew pot

And a few other small misc. stuff.

Do you have enough room for that?
