Dogfish Head Be
OK, I'm only posting this in the beer section because DFH is known for their beer. However, Be is a Mead and honestly resembles whiskey. It's 40% alcohol so it will F you up. But, it's very interesting I must say. It's VERY smooth and has a slight sweet taste to it but does burn the throat after a few seconds. I poured it expecting it to be a highly sweet fairly high in alcohol sipper and then I took my first sip. I should have checked for the alcohol content before I poured. I suggest checking it out though.
