Default What do you put in your tuna to make tuna salad sammiches?

I use white tuna, mayo, celery, diced onion, dill relish and celery salt on toasted rye with swiss cheese. Oh, and tomato slices but only when they are in season.

I'm looking for some variations.

Thanks.

About 5 stalks of celery, Finely diced onion, 3 egg yolks, 5 egg whites, 2 cans of tuna, mustard and mayo.

The mustard adds a lot of zip to it.

That seems like a lot of work adding all that other chopped and diced s***. Just tuna and mayo here, maybe with some salt and pepper. But I am intrigued by Anthony's idea for hot sauce ... maybe I'll try a bit of Frank's next time.

I hate mustard. Except on hamburgers, hot dogs, bratwursts, and ham sandwiches.
