Default Wychwood - Scarecrow - Golden Pale Ale...

I had their Hobgoblin Dark English Ale. Good stuff. let it warm a bit from the fridge.. mid 50's temp is good for it. english alse should be drunk at "celler" temp. around.. 54-56

They didn't have that. They did have Fiddler's Elbow. I like it.


Last weekend was the first time I tried anything from Wychwood. So far they're two for two.

I like the Hobgoblin as well. The Scarecrow is pretty tasty as well. My fridge is currently empty... and we have an ice storm on the way.

You better believe that I didn't suffer through this ice storm without imbibing. I ran to the store to pick up some groceries and a 6-pack. Gotta love it when our mega-grocery stores support microbreweries.

Folks if you liked Wychwood you need to do yourself a favor and try some Samuel Smiths.
Good ones include...

Pure Brewed Lager
Oatmeal Stout.
India Ale
Nut Brown Ale.
