Coke mixes

Hey

I'm just wondering, in most bars, when if you order drinks such as coke and vodka, coke and JD, coke and Southern Comfort, etc, what percentage is coke and what percentage is the alcoholic drink?

Anywhere from 1:1 (Coke:Alcohol) to 3:1 (Coke:Alcohol). It really depends on the bar and bartender.

its usually around 2:1 at most places around here. if we know the bartenders, it might be closer to .8:1

Bout 1:4 at most places around here.

I really dont care for anything more than that, 1:1 just does not do it for me. When Im at home, I mix my JB at 1:4

Edit: 1 being coke, 4 being booze

That is true! I've found there is a wide range of ratios out there.

They mix it however I tell them or I come over the bar.

Thanks people, I usually prefer 3:1 (Coke:Vodka, JD, SC, etc), just curious as to whether it depends on the bar/bartender, like Get Shorty pointed out.
