Girardet 1999 Estate Baco Noir
Opened a bottle of this tonight, and man.. I was really impressed with this wine. It's a really oddball grape, and a very unique flavor, but I really loved it.
Rather bold, and a strong flavor of black cherry... the nose on it has a hint of coffee... I found myself going back for several glasses of it. I would say this would be a good wine to serve with steak, or meat dishes.. Highly recommend this one.
