I've had some serious acid reflux problems over the years and alcohol is one of the things to avoid with that condition. Between the surgery I had and the acid reducers I take, I have it under control now and can pretty much eat/drink whatever I want within reason. Could be you're experiencing something similar.

I went through a phase like that. I couldn't stomach liquor at all. I eased my way back into it with mixed drinks pretty well, but shots still f*** with me something awful. I won't order a shot, and I'll take maybe one if someone buys it for me, but anything more than that and I'm going to lay myself before the alter of the porcelain god.

I have never thrown up b/c of it and I've never had Acid Reflux...although it could be the reason why its been getting a lot harder to breathe too idk would of figured with how much I've been drinking over the last 5 years it wouldn't be that big of an issue now. I'm not an alcoholic but I can hold my own
How do you know if you have Acid Reflux anyways??

Well, everybody experiences it on occasion. If you have it all the time, then you have a problem and should seek treatment. You might just try taking a Zantac75 in the morning before you eat and one in the afternoon before you eat dinner. Do that for a week or so and see if it gets any better.

I was trying to think it was food poisoning or something, but then again I made the food last night and it was an effing salad in a brand new sealed package.

I know a lot about GERD, but I'm no doctor. Cramping or severe stomach pain after eating isn't typical of GERD. Sounds more like an ulcer or even gall bladder to me. You should see a doctor.

Well, trying Zantac75 for a week or so won't hurt. Hell, I've been taking 4 of them a day for years. For a while there, I was taking about 8 a day.

Oh yeah. Back in the day, that stuff was about $1/pill. I get generic at Costco 200 for something like $5-$6.

Well came from the doctor and you were right JD Acid Reflux. They gave me some perscription (don't have to pay for it anyways ) and said to ease off of it when I feel like. Its supposed to calm down the amount of acid I produce or something
