Will do. I've gotta get a glass first, though. I refuse to drink these beers from the bottle. Well, I may crack open one of the Magic Hats tonight, but that's it!

A taller thin glass for the magic hat. (pint glass will work if you have nothing)
Use that for the Ephemere too.
the other unibroues (darker ones) use a bigger more open glass, like used in the thread i'm about to post about St. Bernardus Prior 8.

I'm gonna try one of the Magic Hats tonight from a bottle and then tomorrow night from a glass. It will be a good comparative analysis.

Because I want to get a feel for how much of a difference there really is between drinking it out of a bottle and drinking it out of a glass.

I've tried it like that before, for the sole reason of compare and contrast. Tried it with two seperate bottles of Maudite. Didn't really have a good glass though, I had a rocks glass.
