Just found out my brother is making his own mead

I thought it was kinda cool. I realize that mead isn't beer, but more technically a honey wine. But there is no wine home brewing forum, so I thought I'd post up in here. He's only a couple weeks into it, so his first batch won't be done until summer at the earliest, or Christmas depending on how he s***es it. I've never had mead, so it'll be interesting to check out.

I've never had mead before... so I'm excited to try it. I'll let you guys know how it turns out several months from now.

I've had mead a few times and it's good stuff! I hope his batch turns out well, because a good mead can really put people in a great mood. *recalls awkward family events*
