Unibroue Ephemere (Apple)...
The first thing I noticed upon opening this beer was the scent of apples; it's really quite strong. I figured that this would translate into a strong taste of apple, but surprisingly, it did not. The beer was very sweet, as expected, and there was a noticeable apple aftertaste. Overall, I enjoyed the beer but I couldn't see myself drinking more than two in one sitting - it's just too sweet.
