Beer aficionados
We have this great forum on alcohol, but directions for drinking/serving it.
We should get a compiled list of do's and do not's as well a list of preferable serving temperatures and optimal serving glass's. I was on the internet last night looking for the optimal serving temperatures for an amber and I couldn't believe that us alcoholics have not already compiled a good 'BEER 101' list. |

It could get fairly detailed, which is good, but will take a while to get going. I personally do not measure the temperature before pouring a beer, I just go by a minute rule.
12oz sized bottle gets about 8-10 minutes on the counter at room temp before pouring, larger bomber/bopper bottles (1pt 6-9.3oz) get anywhere from 12-20. |
