Default Unibroue Don de Dieu: Review

This beer pours with a very large head that lingered through the sampling. The initial flavor is marked by bitterness, but the bitterness is quickly complimented by a subtle sweetness. The mouthfeel is very good; despite the 9% alcohol by volume, it is still smooth and drinkable. Overall, I really enjoyed this beer. In fact, I would rate it even higher than La Fin du Monde.

Rate it higher then LFDM, means I may have to give it a try. Nice write up.
