Thumbs up Started my 2nd home brew.

Round 2 - Nut brown Ale (courtesy of Austin Homebrew Supply).

I'm really excited about this batch, it smelt sooo good during the boil.

Things are going a lot smoother the second time around too. I have quickly learned that preparation is key, which has has helped tremendously.

I went out and bought some large tubing for a blow off tube (1" Inside diameter, 1 3/4" outside). The 3/8" tube combined with the carboy cap got clogged far too easy, and this seemed to be the preferred method of home brewers.

I can't wait.

Seems a hell of a lot easier just to run to the store.

Just one more picture of the carboy on day 2.

Can't wait to bottle next week.
