Just finished the first beer out of my second batch, and it is as good as I was expecting.

And much better than my first batch (not that it was bad.. just too sweet for me), Thanks to the additional hops that came with this recipe (first batch only came with 2oz. Cascade hops).
Autosiphon is the s***, and definitely a must have, everything went much smoother this time around.
"Bust-a" Nut brown Ale
crushed grains/grain bag(.5lb Biscuit Malt, .5lb Maris Otter, .25lb Chocolate malt, .25lb special roast, .25lb Crystal 40L) soaked in hot water for ~20mins, then returned to boil.
Removed water from heat, slowly added 6lb Pale extract until dissolved. returned to boil.
UK Progress bittering hops (2oz) added at boil
Fuggle flavoring hops (1/2oz) added at 45min.
Fuggle aroma hops (1/2oz) added at 55min.
total boil for 65 min after first hops added.
sat in Primary for 2 weeks, bottled, conditioned in bottles for another 2 weeks (most still are).
I think I'm going to start racking to a secondary rather than just letting it sit in the primary for so long to help improve it even more.
