Default Unibroue - Blanche De Chambly

I sit here on this fine evening just having popped the plug on another fine Unibroue beer. This is my first expierence with the BDC.

Upon first pour and taste I am very pleased. Did not form much head and also is a lighter beer. I personally am not a real big fan of dark beers, though I do like them on occasion. The BDC is very smooth and has a combination of a tangerine and nutty taste.

I rate this beer very highly and look foward to enjoying the rest of it. If you're a fan of a lighter beer, while it's not as of an alcohol content(5%) I'd highly reccomend the Unibroue Blanche De Chambly.

It is good, but I thought it was on the lower end in the spectrum of Unibroue. I must say, it really is a champagne of beers...

Yeah, BDC is definitely a lighter Unibroue beer, and it's also much lower alcohol content than most of their line... 5%. Where most Uninbroue beers are like 8.5% and up. It's kinda like their pilsner. I think it's a tasty light beer, but prefer the more complex varieties in their lineup.
