When you get a chance post up your thoughts of d***el compared to Daniels. I personally prefer d***el #12, but I would be interested in reading what Jack Daniels has to say.

I now prefer d***el to a few things, whether it be real Kentucky bourbon or not

I'll be drinking some on the rocks later. I'll post up my comments. I'm expecting something similar to JD black label. We'll see.

Ok, d***el is good, but I think I still prefer the smoothness of JD. JD has a hint of sweetness to it, just a hint and I pick that up in the d***el too, just not as much.
Most regular Kentucky bourbons hit me as being a little harsh by comparison. Must be that Lincoln county process that smooths it out.
I'll now Keep a bottle of d***el on my bar, and it'll be nice to have something a little different.

I like d***el 12, but after drinking some Single Barrel JD lately, it was a little harsh(er) to me. I do like JD, but sipping just straight, or on the rocks the d***el 12 is better.

Old Rip Van Winkle & Pappy Van Winkle is some of the greatest bourbon ever made.
