Always cracked me up that people wanted to be able to talk about a particular car like they were on a board that catered to that car. In a general car forum, s*** like that happens... and gee, people that are into GM hanging out on a board the claims to cater to GM.. wow, figure the freaking odds.

Personally, I'd say if you wanna talk about a Mercedes and just a Mercedes, maybe you should hang out on a Mercedes site.

I never cared for the GM bashing on there. CG might have been for general discussion, but let's be honest, you're on a GM board, what do you expect?

This forum's on-topic forums DO talk about alcohol. A thread about a Mercedes that mentions a Cadillac is on-topic in a forum with a general automotive focus. In AlcoholReport terms, what the dude is complaining about would be as if someone got pissed off that someone mentioned Miller Lite in a thread about beer.

Nut huggers of the particular brand a forum caters to never ruined any site. s***, it would be like ricers complaining that people mentioned Mustangs in a thread on The Corral.

How f***ing retarded can you be?

So why are you f***ing hanging out on a GM site? Would you go to a Christian site and complain that they talked about Jesus too much and were ignorant of other religions?

Oh. If people are thinking a live axle is better than a IRS, then they clearly have different priorities than what the car was intended for. The GTO has much better launch capabilities than the IRS in, say, the CTS, yet it is still a compliant and very forgiving setup on the track. Personally, I'd far rather see the GTO's IRS on the next-gen Camaro instead of the Zeta suspension it's going to get.

listen motherf***er

i don't care about the fact it's a gm site and i don't care what is expected of a gm site. what i'm saying is the totally out there gm nut-hugger is what ruins the discussion. now, are you that big of a f***ing dolt when you can't see past that? shuck, 5.0this, dwarf killer are prime examples of ignorant bastards who completely ruin the discussion. tk_05, berman and i'm sure countless others agree. there is a fine line between loyalty/board oriented discussion and making stupid posts.

are you f***ing supporting being ignorant? get the f*** out of here, you asshat. yes, i would complain if they didn't know what the f*** they are talking about. it just backs up my point about how ignorant and unsupported the majority of what they say is.

now, shut up for f***s sake. you are as bad as them.

So I'll take that as a "yes"... you are that big of an idiot.

Not at all... I'm supporting people who started a site for a particular reason supporting the reason they started the site, and not giving a f*** if other things they didn't start the site for get equal billing. Christians are not required to give a f*** about other religions... just like GM enthusiasts are not required to give a f*** about non-GM cars.... And someone who is not into GM complaining about what GM enthusiasts do on a site for GM enthusiasts is like people that worship Satan complaining that Christians won't let them post about how f***ing great Satan is on a site about Christianity, and calling them ignorant if they don't want to know about Satan.

The problem is that you are a moron, and cannot grasp such a concept.

Or perhaps you could tell me why GM enthusiasts on a site for GM enthusiasts should want to know anything about a non-GM car.

Actually, in this case it's that you don't know what it means. Not wanting to know something is willful ignorance, you f***ing idiot.

8.8 IRS for the GTOs now has made everything cheap as s***. to get a 4:10 in a stock rear cost your $450 plus shipping for down under, now its $120 from summit..

but i really dont see the problem with the stock unit for most people, s*** how many f-bodies made it to 10's on a 10-bolt. i turned 1.65 60 foots on the stock IRS for months without a problem

well yes, i dont want to hear about how much better benz is on a GM site when i have no love for a german car . they do nothing for me expect for the SLR. i have no problem talking about a new benz, but how you think you can nutswing a benz on a GM site just isnt very smart on your part

but on the flip side people like dave1w41 that think if its not GM its a POS, isnt very much fun either. s*** i just hate nutswinging as a whole

The bottom line is that it's completely retarded to not expect there to be "nutswinging" on a site that promotes that one particular brand just from it's very existance....

GS and Zeke, you may remember this one:

Remember when Elmer had his turbos rebuilt by stripper motorsports, and I told him the owner/one of employees(chris G) was a scam artist. I was banned, posts deleted and he told me to shut up because I had no clue what I was talking about.

yea, well...

They also sued Raymond burg for 20,000 in relation for having his name on the mamba title. Chris parted out and SOLD the mamba to a person up north. It was a rolling chassis according to Chris.
There is also an arrest warrant for Brad Conn (owner of stripper)for failure to appear in court. If anybody knows where Brad is , call the local police.

Chris is also driving on a suspended licence. He drives a new trailblazer ss that is owned by stripper motorsports. If you see him call the police as driving without a licence is a felony

If anybody has ANY info on where any of Chris belonings are call Dave Blea at 248-644-7800.
Correction- Driving on a suspended license is NOT a felony! It is a 90 day misdemeanor!

for those of you that don't know:
Chris = former owner of APE(located in Clinton twp, MI), scammed people for over 200k, had a dedicated forum on ls1tech with complaints.

I also did business with this clown before people realized what was going on, thankfully it was under 500 and I got my parts.

Edit:
Found the master list of the APE complaints LS1TECH - APE Order Master List - Check for Correct Info

Also, check this out LS1TECH - Chris IS back in biz
Elmer really does a great job defending himself.

I hadn't paid attention to the APE fiasco after I assisted a friend in recovering his 12.5K via alternate means. Good to see that he lost on the bankruptcy effort. Hopefully the house he tried to hide under his wife's name and other assets have been relieved of his posession

Driving without a license is not a felony, no.. I know this because I recently found out I'd been doing it for almost a year. Didn't even know my license was suspended. Fixed now, but it wasn't a very fun thing to find out.

However, the penalty for doing so depends on the laws in your state, and what your license was suspended for.... In this state it is a gross misdemeanor, and carries a penalty of 1 year additional suspension.

BTW... that's totally Elmer. I coulda f***ing killed him for the s*** I had to endure with Agostino and his motor deal. He acts like it's a huge deal that he paid $8K for a race motor... b**** that thing woulda cost someone else $15K or more!

Here is what happen:
Over a year ago Elmer got turbos rebuilt by them
I told him Chris G(see above posts) was working for them and maybe he should be careful/do business with someone else.
He got pissed deleted my posts at the time. And that was that.

I posted this new info about Chris/Stripper Motorsports so if anyone did have info they could contact the police. Elmer got pissed, thinks I'm trying to be an ass and closes the thread.

I'll be honest, I find it funny he closed the thread and he is bitter about the whole situation. And I am going to get banned eventually when I slip up, because I know one of these days I will go off on someone and that will be the end of me on ls2.

I wonder if he is still coming to Detroit for the fbody show.
It would be funny if Evyl was going to be here also.

It would be funny if Evyl was going to be here also.
I'd love to go, but don't think I'll be able to... which sucks because my WS6 is back on the road and I'd love to bring it.

Appears that way, I don't think LS2 servers could handle all the ownage, they finally broke down.

Dude... if I go on SRT Forums, I expect people to nuthug SRT-4s. If I go on ClubSi I expect them to nuthug Hondas. If I go on NASIOC, I expect them to nuthug WRXs. On LS1TECH, I expect them to nuthug LSx motors.

I mean, if you created a thread on LS1TECH about how much better a BMW motor was than a LSx, I'm sure you would get laughed right off the board.

It's a f***ing no brainer, man.

Just because you think it's "gay" that nuthugging happens when you create a site that promotes one particular nameplate, when bringing like minded people together was the intention of the site's existance in the first place, does not mean that you b****ing about it is ever going to change it. You need to accept the reality that every site on the internet is not out there with the intention of catering specifically to what YOU want.

By like minded I guess you mean simple minded. I guess people just don't get it that there are other options for everything. If I posted a thread about a Trans Am on a Mustang board, me as a general CAR enthusiast would love to see honest answers.

Not sheeps full of s*** they were fed telling me how much better a Mustang is because Billy Joe at the dealership or Sally Mae on the forums said so.

I'm sorry these 'particular nameplate' boards you speak of are too simple minded and shallow to figure this out.

It is fun to have a conversation with people who have an open mind about things, that is the point.

Brand preference is fine, totaly brand blindness (ie dave1w234912456124059) is absurd.

Nut-huggin may be fine do you juggerf***, but it killed the corner garage. I posted a few times in there in various threads, and it was the same s*** in every thread, no matter on what premise it was started. Your vision for the corner garage as a male sword fighting zone for GM nut-huggers is what killed the CG. It drove MANY GM enthusiasts away just because every thread was the same babble over and over. An open mind and actual car discussion is what people went to corner garage for, not tHE LS1 WAS TOUCHED BY THE HAND OF GOD retarded f***ing posts over and over. That s*** got old really fast, and made no one post in the CG. LS2 is a BnG board, plain and simple. That is what made it popular, always was, always will be.

They did the same to me. They are both tools. And people wonder why I never have expressed any interest to hang out with anyone coming, going, or thinking about Vegas.

That's bulls*** that you got a stun, and bulls*** that she/he reported your post. People take worse than that everyday on LS2.

That was a b**** move Tals, yes I see you reading this.
