actually, if i can be serious for a moment, the reason why there are loopholes and s*** in laws are when lawyers DONT write them. no lawyer would write laws that s***ty and vague. you get some douchenozzle with a MBA in the senate, that's what you get.

BUT... you can sue for them being discriminated against for not conforming to gender norms. so, if your homosexual client is a butch lesbo or a flaming f**got, you're in.

Part of the reason the Berman/Ali stuff is frowned upon so much is because, allegedly, most of that story was FABRICATED, by Berman.

I haven't seen it, but I heard there was an IM conversation a few weeks ago where Berman apologized to Ali for making it up.

Frankly, I don't know what/who to believe, but nothing would surprise me at this point.
