To be fair he does bring a bit more than that, at least to cz28 (I never read CG at LS2). You'd be right... I couldn't really care less about what problems there are now, in fact the more problems there are, the better. They said I was the source of all their problems, and now I'm gone and don't even visit... but somehow the problems are still there and as blatant as ever.

That gives me a lot of vindication... and combined with watching them undo things I did and having them fail on them... yeah, it does make me smile. And I am glad that I don't have to worry about Elmer trying to f*** me out of my money now.

I wish I was playing Guitar Hero, though.. I gotta get a copy for myself.

I tried for ages to make it less of a f***ing joke, and set up my other site in June of 2006 with the intention of leaving LS2. Problem was that the other owners of LS2 would not buy me out, and wouldn't approve me selling my share. If I had stayed, there would have been SWEEPING changes.... like, for example, I would have s***canned about half the moderator staff.... and Zed found it much easier to take the Elmer approach (do nothing) than to take my approach (clean house big time).

If I was ever bitter about anything regarding LS2 it was that my name was being associated with what was probably the most laughable car site on the internet.... and now it isn't... and I was able to sell my interest in it.

So I got what I wanted out of the deal...

So it's okay to have your name displayed for the artwork, but you won't even go to the website because you don't want to give them the hits, and their "problems give you vindication?" That makes no f***ing sense. I laugh when that p**** says it doesn't bother him. He made several threats to shut down the site, he threatened to take Elmer and Edwin to court but after they showed him his previous emails, he probably thought it wouldn't look so good in court that he was doing all the threatening. He sent about three page-long emails about how he was the only thing keeping Ls2 going and people only came there because they respected him and how he ran the place. He took out several hacks he made and also tried to stop payment on the checks for the servers to make the site look bad. For a guy who supposedly didn't care, instead of quietly being bought on and moving on, he sure cried a fit on the board and off it.

Before he left, he sent mass emails to the ENTIRE LS2 MEMBERSHIP to inform them that he was leaving and if they wanted a more appropriate board to visit HoE and I don't know this for sure but I heard about 30 people signed up. So much for all that support eh, Zeke? I just want to throw this in to show what kind of a scumbag Evyl is: To top things off, one of the members on his board is one of most vile people to ever come to an Lsx board: VBeach Cruzer. Yeah, the guy that stalked and threatened a female member back on Ls1.

So this jerkoff tries to keep doing his ls2 radio show but with no ls2 membership to pimp it too, he had no callers, no listeners, blah blah blah, so thats no more either.

Ls2 was just about Evyl's only connection to any real social companionship. He abused his power daily to keep everyone as "his friend" and in line. The minute he left was a huge relief to about 98% of the Ls2 membership. Some nuthuggers hung on because they figured he'd be back but they've faded away or at least keep it quiet because they realize he wasn't such a cracked-up guy.

The mod staff is so f***ed right now because he controlled the hiring of mods. He drove off all the people who would realistically be fair mods. When he left, those people were gone, not to mention several mods that he drove off or directly made leave the site, a group of mods was needed, so we're in the position we're in now. That's why the site is going downhill because the mods were chosen poorly because of a position Zeke put them in.

I'm sure the site will be gone within a year but this time there's plenty of other sites out there to keep going. Eventually someone will try to start a new Lsx site, maybe it will be a hit, maybe it won't but who really gives a s***? Jesus christ, get out and drive your f***ing car.

I originally asked them to change the logo, or change the name of the site, and that was a compromise. I agreed to continue letting them use my artwork as long as they gave me credit for it.

I really don't care if it makes sense to you, it makes perfect sense from a creative / copyright standpoint.

For the record..

- There is nothing I have ever sent in email regarding LS2 that would worry me in court.
- I never made any threat to shut down the site... I made money on it, that makes no f***ing sense.
- I did threaten to take Elmer & Edwin to court, but it was because they weren't paying me after they agreed to.
- I did not make any hacks for LS2 whatsoever.
- The server was paid for from a central account I did not have control over.
- If Elmer and Zed offered to buy me out, I would have gladly taken it.
- I never emailed anyone when I left.
- I did not have access to mass email anyone, and didn't know I was leaving until AFTER the fact.
- I haven't invited anyone to HOE in years.
- VBeach has been a member of HOE for 7 years, and has never caused any problems there.
- The whole story with VBeach is grossly exaggerated.
- The "Elmer" show was the last LS2 show I ever did, which was aired on 12/10/06 before I left LS2.
- I still have a very healthy audience for my radio show.
- I certainly do not rely on the internet for "social companionship".
- I had almost zero control over who became moderators. They were elected democratically.
- They lost exactly 3 moderators when I left.
- I drive a LSx car ever day, and all three of my cars have been driven in the last week.

Some people spoke up and gave opinions on the way the other owners handled the situation. It was f***ed up. There's no getting around that.

Borla & Elmer control the mod staff now. And they are being f***ing ridiculous with some of the BS they are doing. None of the stuff going on over there now has a damn thing to do with Evyl.

And to clarify, not ALL of the mod staff are doing a bad job. There are some good ones there. They tend to be a little more low-key than the iron-fisted bunch.

If the site is gone within a year (which wouldn't surprise me), it will be because of how it's currently being run period. Elmer getting his depends in a bunch and going off like he does, his son doing dip-s*** things, selective moderation, selective rule enforcement, making up rules as they go along, treating "certain members teehee" as though they are so god-damned special while s***ting on others, etc. are the things that will kill that place sooner than later. And since the end of last year, not a single one of those actions can be put on Evyl.

Oh and Captain, in case you think I am an Evyl nut-hugger, look around this place a little. I call them like I see them period. And you are the one who is full of s*** on this issue.

I don't think anyone knows who he really is.... probably some zit faced goober with no life. He bounces around several of the main boards in the LSx world, I dunno where else.
