To be fair he does bring a bit more than that, at least to cz28 (I never read CG at LS2). Obviously he cannot say anything that wouldn't be permitted by corporate, but that doesn't mean he doesn't contribute. He's often said "no" when speculation about something is going in the wrong direction. He provides information on processes and how things work inside a car company, which can help people make better informed guesses. And he's organized/appeared at many events for enthusiasts to get together and talk about cars. I've met Scott and we chatted for about an hour at dinner once, and he's a very smart, passionate car guy who's no more happy about the lack of progress or the GM bureaucracy than we are. But that hasn't stopped me from arguing with him in threads or being annoyed by his nuthuggers.

You'd be right... I couldn't really care less about what problems there are now, in fact the more problems there are, the better. They said I was the source of all their problems, and now I'm gone and don't even visit... but somehow the problems are still there and as blatant as ever.

That gives me a lot of vindication... and combined with watching them undo things I did and having them fail on them... yeah, it does make me smile. And I am glad that I don't have to worry about Elmer trying to f*** me out of my money now.

I wish I was playing Guitar Hero, though.. I gotta get a copy for myself.
