I notice the rich and buttery but the other flavors i find harder to distinguish. I think i might be enjoying it more than Dalmore. First bourbon ive ever had so i have nothing to compare it too.

Makers is one of the most decent one's you will find imo Your pallate will be able to discern more when you taste more. Maybe you should try to derive as many nuances as you can, then perhaps check out some reliable review sites to see if you were close. How are you drinking it btw?
